Liminal Architecture was announced runner up in the national Timber Cladding category of the Australian Timber Design Awards 2014 at the awards ceremony on Thursday 18th September.
The Australian Timber Design Awards are Australasia’s most recognised stamp of excellence in timber design.
Liminal Architecture received the Tasmanian Steel Excellence Award at the 2014 Australian Steel Institutes Steel Awards.
The Dominic College Savio Centre was recognised for its integral approach and interpretation of complex shapes as a simple buildable system.
The Steel Excellence Awards promote excellence in the Steel Industry and are held every two years at the Gala Dinner of the ASI’s Annual Steel Convention.
Liminal Architecture received the Public Architecure Award and a Commendation for Interior Architecture at the 2014 Tasmanian Architecture Awards. The Geeveston Child and Family Centre wayraparattee received the awards for its careful sensitivity and significant contribution to the needs of the local community.

The awards were held at a special gala event at the Hilton Sydney on Friday 16 May 2014.
The Australian Interior Design Awards are co-presented by the Design Institute of Australia, designEX and Artichoke and celebrate excellence in interior design.
We have been having fun with the Tasmanian Theatre Company’s creative team, along with Melbourne director Aidan Fennessy in creating a spatial, dramatic response to the plays by Tom Holloway, Finegan Kruckemeyer and Sean Munro. The plays together create Born From Animals which opens next week.
It's great to see the Tasmanian production, Kimisis - Falling Asleep having its European debut in Amsterdam. The season runs from 6 April to 8 April 2014 at Splendor Amsterdam.
